Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking an HR and Recruitment Team Leader to drive a high-quality, compliant HR and recruitment service across the Trust. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensure KCSIE compliance, and maintain robust employee records and reporting for schools and stakeholders.

Your role…

As our HR and Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of a professional, responsive and compliant HR and recruitment service across the Trust. The role is responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring safer recruitment and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) compliance, maintaining high-quality employee records and workforce reporting, and providing expert HR support to schools and stakeholders. Working closely with school leaders and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our people processes are efficient, effective and remain efficient, compliant and focused on delivering the best possible experience for candidates and colleagues. We're looking for someone who is organised and approachable, with the ability to lead by example, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
