You will create streamlined systems, templates, and resources that support managers and provide a great candidate experience.

You will lead campaigns, craft engaging adverts, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and Compliance to promote our schools while maintaining safeguarding and recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, communications or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment across federation schools from vacancy to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and materials communicating federation benefits and school strengths.
• Maintain school-specific recruitment packs and federation templates for all stages.
