Job summary

Reed in Partnership is recruiting a Recruitment Manager to drive new business with local employers and support participants on the Restart Scheme. The role requires a valid UK driving license and regular travel within the area.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with employers, and manage post-placement accounts while aiming to hit performance targets and KPIs. A generous base salary and flexible schedule are on offer.

Qualifications

• Track record in sales/BD targets.
• Experience in account management or new business development.
• Strong in-person and telephone sales pitches.
• Ability to travel locally to meet clients and employers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients and opportunities.
• Plan events like jobs fairs and employer days.
• Provide post-placement support and account management.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets.
• Promote the Restart Scheme in the community.
