Job summary

C&C Search is partnering with a media organisation in London to hire a Talent Partner who will lead recruitment strategy and employer branding across the business.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy, build direct sourcing pipelines, and ensure a fast, personal candidate experience while managing agency relationships where used. You will also contribute to EVP and DEI initiatives in hiring.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' recruitment experience, ideally in media or similar sectors
• Owned requisitions independently, not just supporting a wider team
• Strong direct sourcing skills - comfortable building pipeline without agencies
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and pushing back on brief where needed
• Organised and data-literate - comfortable owning your own reporting

Experience Required:

• 3-6 years' recruitment experience, ideally in media or other industry sectors where you have had a similar role

• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and pushing back on brief where needed
• Organised and data-literate - comfortable owning your own reporting
