Catalyst Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment across our group of specialist search and recruitment businesses in London. You will lead internal recruitment activity, shape processes, and partner with leaders to align hiring with workforce plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal recruitment activity across the group
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from briefing to onboarding
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs

• Build talent pipelines for future growth areas
• Manage agency relationships and ensure value from external partners
• Monitor hiring performance, reporting and recruitment metrics

Talent Acquisition Partner

£55,000 - £65,000 Base + Bonus

4 days a week in office

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of recruitment across a growing group of specialist search and recruitment businesses.

This is an opportunity to shape how we attract, engage and hire exceptional people across multiple brands, specialist practice areas and support functions. Sitting at the heart of the business, you'll lead internal recruitment activity, drive continuous improvement across hiring processes and policies, and manage relationships with external recruitment partners where required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding and securing great talent but is equally motivated by creating structure, improving processes and influencing hiring outcomes across a complex, growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all internal recruitment activity across the group

• Experience managing agency partnerships would be advantageous
