Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Senior Talent Operations Coordinator to support the Global Chief Talent Officer. You will own leadership reporting, analytics and external-facing materials, while coordinating cross-functional Talent initiatives end-to-end.

The role emphasizes high-quality PowerPoint decks, briefing packs and executive-ready materials, with close collaboration across Global TA and Talent Partner teams. A data-driven, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a fast-paced or senior support environment.
• Proactive, can-do attitude, happy to help wherever needed.
• Strong data handling and Excel/Power BI skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail is non-negotiable for senior materials.
• Confident PowerPoint skills and deck-building from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and interpret Talent reporting, dashboards and analytics for the Global Chief Talent Officer and leadership.
• Prepare insights, updates and materials for leadership and ExCo and support workforce planning and OKR tracking.
• Create high-quality, ExCo-ready decks, briefing packs, reports and agendas with clear, consistent presentation.
• Drive cross-functional Talent initiatives, from framing to delivery, with aligned workstreams.
• Coordinate with Global TA, Talent Partner leads and Talent functions to align timelines and materials.
