Publicis Groupe seeks a senior Talent coordinator to support the Global Chief Talent Officer. You will develop dashboards and insights, coordinate workforce planning and OKR tracking, and prepare high-quality leadership materials.
Based in London, you will partner with Global TA and Talent leads to align timelines, share updates, and manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and discretion with sensitive information.

This is a newly scoped role sitting within the Talent team reporting directly to the Global Chief Talent Officer. This role combines coordination, supports across core HR/People analytics and a trusted extension of the Talent function (TA and HR), owning the leadership rhythm, cross-functional initiatives and outward-facing materials, alongside a strong analytical backbone.
The role provides senior coordination support to the Global Chief Talent Officer; representing their priorities and updates in meetings they are unable to attend and owning cross-functional initiatives end to end. This is focused on substantive project and reporting support, with particular emphasis on high-quality powerpoint decks and materials produced with real attention to detail.
