Job Role: Talent Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of clients spanning sports, social media influencers, and TV personalities. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder, a savvy negotiator, and an expert in managing talent careers across diverse fields. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, contracts, and the media landscape, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Act as the primary representative and advocate for assigned talent, ensuring their best interests are upheld in all negotiations and opportunities.
  2. Create personalized strategies to grow each client’s career, leveraging opportunities in brand partnerships, media appearances, endorsements, and other ventures.
  3. Identify and negotiate brand collaborations, endorsement deals, and sponsorships to align with clients’ goals and personal brands.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and shifts in digital, entertainment, and sports industries to keep clients competitive.
  5. Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring fair terms and compliance with industry standards.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  1. 3-5 years in talent management.
  2. Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  3. Knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and the sports/entertainment industries.
