The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across platforms including Instagram, TikTok & YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands & talent and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance
• Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize potential and achieve goals
• Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships, drafting and amending contracts for favorable outcomes
• Attend shoots & press commitments with talent
• Proactively outreach to brands, securing authentic partnerships and collaborations
• Grow your roster, onboarding both emerging and established creators

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a talent agent or manager overseeing digital talent
• Commercially savvy with the ability to negotiate contracts independently
• Knowledge of the latest creators and social media trends
