The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands and talent, along with excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance.
• Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
• Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships, drafting and amending contracts for favorable outcomes.
• Attend shoots and press commitments with talent.
• Proactively outreach to brands, securing authentic partnerships and long-lasting collaborations.
• Grow your roster by onboarding both up-and-coming talent and established creators.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working as a talent agent or talent manager, overseeing digital talent.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to independently negotiate contracts.
• Awareness of the latest social media trends and up-and-coming creators.
