Location: SPS College/Hybrid

Our Talent team within SPS College, in Polmont, Falkirk, is looking for a Talent Manager to join their expanding team.

The Talent Manager will lead and manage talent workstreams aligned with the talent framework, supporting attraction, engagement, retention, and development initiatives.

This role involves designing, delivering, managing, and evaluating workstreams and initiatives; providing facilitation and coaching support; and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

This position offers flexible working options, including hybrid, part-time, and flexi-time arrangements.

About you:

If you have the following experience, we would like to hear from you:

  • Design, delivery, and evaluation of learning, development, recruitment, organizational development, or talent activities/programmes.
  • Supporting organizational change through incremental improvements and larger initiatives within HR, L&D, OD, or Talent environments.
  • Managing projects or multiple work streams effectively through planning, prioritizing, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to drive change and achieve shared goals.
