Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Skills & Talent Intelligence Product Owner to define strategy and roadmap for talent intelligence products. You will collaborate with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities, drive AI-enabled capabilities, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve employee experiences and business value.

In this role, you’ll shape platform strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and work across global teams to realise value from Talent technology implementations such as SAP

Qualifications

• Proven product ownership experience balancing vision with execution.
• Strong understanding of Talent technology and the role of skills data in workforce transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products.
• Partner with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities, investments, and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that enhance workforce insights and employee experiences.
• Translate business and user needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Use data, feedback, and market insights to improve product performance and value.
• Lead prioritisation, governance, and investment decisions across a global stakeholder community.
• Deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Support successful deployment, adoption, and value realisation of Talent technology solutions.
