As our Global Skills & Talent Intelligence Product Owner, you’ll shape how employees discover opportunities, build skills, and develop their careers. Working at the intersection of Talent, technology, data, and AI, you’ll define product strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver solutions that create exceptional employee experiences and measurable business value.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products.

• Bring expertise in platforms that enable skills-based organisations.


• Have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) and Career & Talent Development (CTD).


• Possess knowledge of ProFinda or similar talent marketplace and skills intelligence platforms.
