Job summary

EY is expanding its product ownership capability to accelerate Talent transformation. As the Global Skills & Talent Intelligence Product Owner, you will shape how employees discover opportunities, build skills, and develop their careers, blending Talent, technology, data, and AI.

You will define strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver data-driven solutions with measurable business value across a global audience.

Qualifications

Experience as a product owner shaping strategy and roadmaps.
Strong understanding of talent technology and skills data in workforce transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products.
Partner with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities, investments, and outcomes.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that enhance workforce insights and employee experiences.
Translate business and user needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
Use data, feedback, and market insights to continuously improve product performance and value.
Lead prioritisation, governance, and investment decisions across a global stakeholder community.
Deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence, and strong cross-functional partnerships.
Support successful deployment, adoption, and value realisation of Talent technology solutions.
