Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption.
