Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Advanced Analytics Lead to shape the organization’s Talent Intelligence and Advanced Analytics strategy. You will partner with global leaders to turn workforce data into actionable insights, build scalable analytics products, and drive AI-enabled decision support.

The role requires deep expertise in talent analytics, data science, and executive storytelling, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering business impact across global Talent domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, CS, economics or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related area.
• 18–20+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Planning, Talent Intelligence, Data Science, AI, Copilot or related fields.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics, AI, or data product solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Talent Intelligence strategy with Global Talent leadership.
• Lead development of advanced analytics models to forecast talent demand and risks.
• Design and deploy Generative AI and Copilot-enabled talent solutions for executives.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Talent analytics products and self-service insights.
• Establish governance, data quality, and security for talent data ecosystems.
