Job summary

ZEISS in Birmingham is seeking a Data & Insights Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will focus on Power BI, data preparation and analysis to develop dashboards for Talent Attraction and Employee Branding.

You will ensure data accuracy and produce reporting to support decision‑making. You'll work with stakeholders across HR, recruitment and branding, building data models and contributing to MBRs and QBRs with dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• Interest in data analytics, reporting and Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Prepare, clean and validate data from multiple sources.
• Support Power BI data models, relationships, measures and visualisations.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Produce regular reporting and performance analysis.
