Job summary

ZEISS in Birmingham is seeking a Data & Insights Specialist on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join the Global Talent Attraction and Employee Branding team. You will focus on Power BI, data preparation and reporting to develop dashboards that drive insights into performance.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across HR, recruitment and branding, ensuring data accuracy, building effective visualisations and supporting MBRs and QBRs with clear analytics.

Qualifications

• Interest in data analytics, reporting and Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with HR, recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Employee Branding data.
• Previous experience in a reporting, MI or data analytics role.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Prepare, clean and validate data from multiple sources.
• Support Power BI data models, relationships, measures and visualisations.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Produce regular reporting and performance analysis.
• Support the preparation of data and dashboards for MBRs and QBRs.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Support improvements to reporting processes and automation.
• Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and data sources.
