Job summary

bpha is seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Coordinator to help deliver and develop our early careers offer across apprenticeships, graduate programmes and work experience placements. You will work with learners, managers, schools, colleges, universities and training providers to create engaging programmes that provide meaningful development opportunities and positive experiences.

• Experience coordinating multiple programmes (apprenticeships, graduates, placements).
• Ability to build positive relationships with learners, managers and providers.
• Passion for inclusion, social mobility and early talent development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprenticeship, graduate and work experience programmes from attraction through to completion.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, inductions and ongoing programme activities.
• Build relationships with managers, learners, training providers, schools and universities.
• Attend careers events and promote opportunities to diverse candidates (driving license required).
• Coordinate mentoring, development opportunities and support networks.
• Monitor programme performance, maintain records, and use feedback to improve.
