Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager, Talent Development to provide maternity cover for up to 12 months. You will lead a team of ten, shape development solutions and oversee a broad portfolio including corporate learning, leadership development and social care education.

You will balance strategic thinking with operational delivery, manage budgets, build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across organisational boundaries to improve workforce
