Whilst we are advertising this role for our Solihull office, you could equally be based in our Plymouth or Oxford offices, as our team is co-located around the UK.
Reporting into the Learning & Development Lead, as a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technical learning at Ridge. Working closely with the wider Talent Development team, you will support our people with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed—particularly in navigating chartership pathways, using key systems and tools, and developing their technical capabilities.
