Very Group is seeking a Talent & Development Partner to shape and deliver our talent, learning and organisational development agenda. You’ll work with leaders across the business to identify capability needs, design solutions and drive development initiatives that support people and strategy.

We're looking for a Talent & Development Partner to help shape and deliver our talent, learning and organisational development agenda. Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll identify capability needs, build development solutions and drive initiatives that support both our people and our strategy.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with people development and wants to make a visible impact across the organisation.
You’ll be an experienced Talent, Learning & Development or Organisational Development professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
You’ll also bring:
You will be required to undertake a credit, CIFAS, Right to Work checks and if a specific requirement of your role a DBS (criminal records) check.

If it feels like we’re a good match, we’ll share your CV with the hiring manager to review. Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely.
You can expect a two stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - An informal 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd stage – A one-hour formal face-to-face interview where you can expect a task and values based competency questions.
