Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Talent & Development Partner to shape and deliver our talent, learning and organisational development agenda. You’ll work with leaders across the business to identify capability needs and drive development solutions that support both our people and strategy.

This role blends commercial thinking with people development and offers a flexible, hybrid working model with impactful programmes across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Talent, Learning & Development or Organisational Development professional.
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful development solutions.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Confident to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded and able to align people initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience using AI and digital tools to enhance learning and productivity.
  • Genuine commitment to helping people realise their potential.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to identify development and organisational needs.
  • Design and deliver talent, learning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Drive leadership, succession and talent management activity across the business.
  • Coach leaders and colleagues to build capability and performance.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, programmes and leadership discussions.
  • Bring external insight, innovation and best practice into our Talent & Development approach.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve the impact of our programmes.
  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
