As The Very Group enters its next phase of growth, the Head of Strategy will play a key role in helping deliver the Group'sgrowthambitions.
Working closely with the CEO, Executive Committee and senior leaders, the roleis responsible forensuring the businessremainsfocused on the strategic priorities that will create the greatest long-term value. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the Group, the Head of Strategy helps shape strategic choices,identifyopportunities to accelerate growth and ensure the organisationmaintainsfocus on the initiatives that matter most.

We're looking for an experienced strategy leader who combines commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity and the ability to influence at the most senior levels of the organisation.
You'll be comfortable operating in a highly visible role, partnering with Executive leaders to solve complex business challenges, shape strategic choices and drive long-term value creation. You'll bring a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution, helping turn ambition into action and ensuring focus remains on the opportunities that matter most.

You can expect a two stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - A 1 hour video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd stage - A one-hour formal face-to-face interview where you can expect a task and both competency/technical skills based questions.
