Job summary

A Not-for-profit organisation in London is recruiting a Permanent Talent Development Partner to join a newly created team. The role offers hybrid working and is based in London.

You will review and improve performance management and appraisal processes, embed talent frameworks, support succession planning, and shape talent, performance and leadership across the organisation. You will design and deliver new talent processes and leadership programs, helping identify, develop and retain key talent

Qualifications

• Experience designing and embedding talent and performance management processes.
• Proactive and passionate approach to develop and retain talent.
• Open to sector background: multi site / property / retail experience desirable.
