Job summary

The Talent World is seeking an experienced Talent & Development Manager based in London to shape and deliver programmes that develop people and their potential within the retail sector.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, lead succession and leadership development, evaluate learning outcomes, manage budgets and resources, and ensure talent initiatives align with organisational objectives, all while enjoying a 4‑day working week.
