Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Talent Advisor to support development, performance and growth initiatives across the EMEAPAC region. The role involves assisting with Workday-based talent processes, competency frameworks and career progression guidance.

You will work closely with HR, Learning & Development and business partners to deliver engaging talent programs, enable effective succession planning and drive action through data insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management or a related HR field.
• Ability to work under pressure to support senior leaders.
• Excellent communication with all levels of staff and partners.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, delivery and improvement of Talent, Performance and Growth processes across EMEAPAC.
• Assist with rollout and administration of Workday-based talent processes (goals, feedback, career conversations).
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks and career progression guidance.
• Coordinate communications and materials for career development initiatives and promotion activities.
• Assist with talent, performance and reward communications and stakeholder briefings.
• Create training materials, FAQs and presentations to support talent initiatives and change activity.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Partners, Reward, L&D, HRIS and IT to deliver Talent Development priorities.
• Support talent mapping, succession planning and insights reporting.
