Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP is seeking a Talent Advisor to support the delivery of Talent, Performance and Growth initiatives across the EMEAPAC region. The role collaborates with HR, Learning & Development and People & Culture to drive engagement, career development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of Talent, Performance and Growth processes across EMEAPAC.
• Assist with Workday-based talent processes, goal setting and performance activities.
• Develop competency frameworks and guidance for career progression.
• Coordinate communications and materials for career development initiatives.
• Support talent reviews, salary reviews and reward communications.
• Create training materials, FAQs, and stakeholder briefings to support talent initiatives.
