Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is a global law firm seeking a Talent Advisor to support the delivery of a best-in-class talent experience. You will work with HR, L&D and partners across our offices to advance development, performance and succession initiatives.

The role emphasises influencing across levels, driving career growth and engagement, and coordinating communications for talent programmes in a hybrid working model across the Newcastle region.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management and development across large organisations.
• Ability to deliver best-in-class talent initiatives and programmes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience of HRIS systems such as SAP or Workday is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve Talent, Performance and Growth processes.
• Support rollout and administration of Workday-based talent processes.
• Develop competency frameworks and progression guidance for staff.
• Coordinate communications and materials for career development initiatives.
• Assist with talent, performance and salary review communications.
• Create training materials, presentations and stakeholder briefings.
• Collaborate with HR, Reward, L&D and IT to deliver Talent Development priorities.
• Analyse engagement data to inform action planning and decision-making.
• Project manage Talent Development workstreams and events.
