InPost UK is seeking a proactive Talent & Development Coordinator to join the People team. You will provide administrative support across learning and apprenticeship activities, coordinate training sessions, maintain records, and help with induction and onboarding processes.
You will work closely with the Talent & Development Lead, build hands-on experience in development activity, and gain exposure to a fast-paced people function in a rapidly scaling logistics business.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Talent & Development Coordinator to join our People team at InPost UK.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career in HR, Learning & Development or Talent Development, who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes and takes pride in getting the detail right. Working closely with the Talent & Development Lead and Talent & Development Partner, you’ll provide the administrative and logistical support that keeps our learning, apprenticeship and development activity running smoothly.
From coordinating training sessions and preparing materials to maintaining records, supporting apprentices and helping with induction, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our people have a seamless development experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of Talent & Development activity while building your knowledge and experience within a fast-paced People team.
You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks and priorities. You’ll enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, making sure the right people have the right information and that every detail is taken care of.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stages of their HR, Talent or Learning & Development career who is keen to learn, get involved and build hands-on experience across a broad range of Development activity.
As part of our Talent & Development team, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a wide range of development activity, work alongside experienced Talent & Development professionals and play a key role in creating great learning experiences for our people.
