We're looking to recruit a Talent Development Business Partner to help shape a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across Pick Everard. This role can be based from our London, Leicester, Nottingham or Birmingham office, with hybrid working.

You’ll play a key part in shaping a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across Pick Everard, helping our people develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed. You will design and deliver innovative learning and talent development initiatives that empower employees to reach their full potential. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to identify development needs, create impactful learning solutions, and drive career development opportunities. From needs analysis and programme design through to delivery and evaluation, you'll help build a culture of continuous learning, strengthen capability across the business, and support our ambition of developing, retaining and growing exceptional talent.
