This is where you come in:

Are you passionate about developing people and creating a culture where talent can thrive?

Are you looking to work as part of a collaborative, supportive culture that prioritises its people?

Can you inspire a culture of continuous growth and high performance?

If you answered yes to these questions, we want to hear from you!

We're looking to recruit a Talent Development Business Partner to help shape a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across Pick Everard. This role can be based from our London, Leicester, Nottingham or Birmingham office, with hybrid working.

Since we've become part of the Artelia Group, it is an exciting time to join us, as we work to offer our people a broader range of career development and learning opportunities as well as growing routes to international collaboration. This role will provide you with the chance to help shape local talent initiatives across the UK and to play your part in supporting transversal learning needs identified as part of the global agenda.

You'll play a key part in shaping a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across Pick Everard, helping our people develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed. You will design and deliver innovative learning and talent development initiatives that empower employees to reach their full potential. From needs analysis and programme design through to delivery and evaluation, you'll help build a culture of continuous learning, strengthen capability across the business, and support our ambition of developing, retaining and growing exceptional talent.

Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to identify current and future skills requirements, supporting workforce planning and organisational change initiatives. You'll design and deliver impactful learning and development solutions for employees and managers that align with both business and individual development needs.
  • Working closely with the Director of Talent & People Experience and the Group People & Culture Director to foster a strong learning culture across Pick Everard.
  • Developing and delivering personal growth initiatives that meet the needs of individuals, teams, and the wider business, ensuring our talent development approach remains sustainable and effective.
  • Taking ownership of technical development pathways, ensuring employees are fully supported in their professional development and routes to chartership.
  • Ensuring all learning interventions are timely, relevant, cost-effective, and deliver measurable value.
  • Creating and delivering learning solutions that support the People Strategy, wider business objectives, and individual performance goals.
  • Welcoming and onboarding our new joiners
  • Leading and continuously enhancing the success of our Early Career Springboard development programme.
  • Managing and evolving our Rise Mentoring Programme, using data and insights to measure and demonstrate its impact.
  • Collaborating with our Artelia colleagues to successfully implement group-wide initiatives, including the Artelia Management Academy.
  • Providing agile learning opportunities including through our 360 learning platform.
  • Championing diversity, equity and inclusion across all talent development activities, ensuring policies and practices are fair, consistent, and accessible to everyone.
