Job summary

Future is seeking a Talent Development professional to coordinate group-wide training and apprenticeship programmes. You’ll manage administration of digital modules, inductions, and e-learning across the organisation, partnering with Global Talent Development Leads to schedule events and build competency matrices.

You’ll support delivery of diversity and community programmes, use e-learning platforms, and work with Slack to ensure smooth programme execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication across global stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience designing digital learning assets and using learning management platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Apprenticeship Levy framework in England and managing apprenticeship programmes.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to evaluate programme data and present findings to improve initiatives.

  • Coordinate planning, administration, and scheduling of induction, training, and e-learning programmes.
  • Support creation of digital, self-paced learning modules and competency matrices.
  • Act as primary contact for apprentices and managers, supporting learning needs.
  • Oversee Apprenticeship Levy administration in England and monitor learning provider performance.

We design and deliver high-impact training, global learning initiatives, and highly successful apprenticeship programmes. Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director of ESG, Talent Development, Comms & Engagement, you'll play a vital role in coordinating our group-wide training and apprenticeship programmes. You'll manage the administration of digital modules, induction processes, and e-learning courses across the organisation. In this role, you'll partner with our Global Talent Development Leads to schedule events and build competency matrices. You'll also collaborate with our Senior ESG Associate to roll out talent programmes focused on diversity and community impact. Using e-learning platforms, digital survey tools, and communication channels like Slack, you'll ensure seamless programme delivery. Your work will help connect our people with growth opportunities, directly supporting their career journeys at Future.

What You'll Do
