Job summary

England Hockey is seeking a highly organised Talent System Administrator to support its Talent Strategy across the country. You will coordinate Talent Academies, Talent Certification, and manage data and reporting to ensure clubs, coaches, players and volunteers have a first-class experience.

The role is flexible, part-time (21–24.5 hours per week) with UK travel to Bisham Abbey, and a fixed-term contract to August 2027.

• Experience coordinating talent programmes and data reporting.
• Strong data management skills.
• Ability to support diverse stakeholders including clubs, coaches, players and volunteers.
