Job summary

England Hockey is seeking a highly organised Talent System Administrator to support its Talent Strategy across the country. You will coordinate Talent Academies, Talent Certification, and manage data and reporting to ensure clubs, coaches, players and volunteers have a first-class experience.

The role is flexible, part-time (21–24.5 hours per week) with UK travel to Bisham Abbey, and a fixed-term contract to August 2027.

Key Details

• Location: Flexible, with some UK travel, including to England Hockey’s headquarters at Bisham Abbey
• Contract: Fixed term until August 2027, part time (21–24.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern)
• Salary: £24,000 pro rata
