Job summary

England Hockey is seeking a Talent System Administrator (Part-Time, Fixed Term) to support our Talent Academies, Talent Certification programme, and talent systems. The role involves coordinating programmes, managing data and reporting, and helping ensure a first-class experience for clubs, coaches, players and volunteers across the country.

Flexible location with some UK travel including to Bisham Abbey; 21-24.5 hours per week; £24,000 pro rata; Fixed-term until August 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with strong data skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and data reporting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a proactive administrator to support our Talent Academies, Talent Certification programme, and talent systems. You'll be at the heart of the operation, coordinating programmes, managing data and reporting, supporting stakeholders, and helping ensure a first-class experience for clubs, coaches, players, and volunteers across the country.

Flexible location with some UK based travel including to Bisham Abbey
Part-time (21-24.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern)
£24,000 pro rata
Fixed-term until August 2027
