nPlan is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager in London with a strong focus on outbound recruitment, data-driven decision making, and rapid ownership. You will partner with hiring managers across AI, product, and infrastructure domains to build scalable talent pipelines for critical roles.

This role requires hands-on sourcing, rigorous candidate evaluation, and a willingness to learn the AI tools that power our growth. The position is hybrid in London with a contract-to-permanent trajectory.

Qualifications

• Around two years of hands-on recruiting where you found your own candidates — outbound, headhunting, referrals, networks — rather than working a queue of inbound applicants.

Responsibilities

• Source actively, build target lists and market maps; find people who aren't looking and write outreach that gets replies.
• Run five to seven searches end to end: intake, market map, outbound, screen, coordination, offer, close.
• Help close candidates who may have counter-offers and multiple processes.
• Keep numbers up to date and log properly; know key metrics and use data in weekly reviews.
• Get fluent with the AI stack: research, list-building, enrichment, drafting and personalising outreach, reporting.
