About The Role:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Co-Ordinator to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for candidates, working closely with hiring managers to ensure all documentation such as contracts, new starter forms, and other paperwork are completed accurately. You will support recruitment efforts for nurseries, assisting with Right to Work and reference checks, requiring knowledge of relevant legislation. Previous experience in recruitment and applicant tracking systems is essential. To succeed, you should be efficient, approachable, and flexible in engaging with candidates.
