This role is within our UK Learning & Developing team, covering L&D Delivery Management and Early & Emerging Talent programmes.

The role involves deploying global and local learning solutions, ensuring consistency and quality, and designing a future-ready early careers strategy for Capgemini’s graduate, apprenticeship, and emerging talent programmes.

This is a high-profile role requiring significant stakeholder engagement, including influencing senior leadership, industry partners, universities, and professional bodies.

Hybrid working: The role involves a mix of office, client site, and home working, but not 100% remote.

Your role

You will lead a team of learning professionals to design, execute, and improve learning propositions, focusing on high-impact learning, career pathways, and data-driven decisions.

  • Quality Control: Ensure delivery consistency.
  • Deliver the Magic: Organize and facilitate learning experiences.
  • Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of business needs and learning ecosystems.
  • Inquisitiveness: Analyze KPIs and data to demonstrate learning impact.

Early and Emerging Talent Strategy:

  • Develop and lead the UK Early & Emerging Talent strategy.
  • Design and improve early careers programs.
  • Build partnerships with universities and professional bodies.
  • Manage team, budget, and dashboards for tracking retention and engagement.
