Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in a leadership, team management, or capability management role.
• Strong experience in resource and team management, workforce planning, and bench utilisation management.
• Proven track record in recruitment strategy development and execution, including interviewing and hiring consultants.
• Experience in managing team budgets, headcount planning, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: build a strategy, lead interviews, create a high‑quality pipeline, collaborate with recruitment team.
• Management: onboard new consultants, manage bench/utilisation, ensure timely reporting and budgeting collaboration.
• Development: coach and develop, identify training needs, keep skills matrices updated, enable service offer development.
• Leadership of Consultant Experience and Support: foster culture, mentor teams, promote wellbeing, ensure HR policy compliance, monitor performance.
