Job summary

smart/tasking is seeking a Talent Associate in Farnborough to source and pipeline exceptional candidates across multiple sectors, supporting delivery teams with capable resources for projects.

You will work 3 days per week on-site, engaging candidates and building long-term networks while meeting KPIs and contributing to process improvements. The role leans on curiosity, commercial awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 25 years experience in sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal skills: enjoys conversations, builds trust quickly, and shows genuine curiosity
• Organised, able to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Business and financial literacy, with an eye for process and value
• No degree required; intelligence, acumen, and problem-solving matter most to us.
• Experience building talent pipelines across multiple disciplines
• Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems
• Proficiency with sourcing tools
• Strong written communication for outreach and candidate engagement
• An interest in continuous improvement finding smarter ways to source, track, and engage candidates
