Job summary

Arriva Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing and attraction of a large volume of Bus Drivers and Engineers across the North region. The role blends strategic sourcing with hands-on campaign management, building strong partnerships with managers, HR, and external networks.

You will own local attraction initiatives, analyse market trends, and drive improvements to candidate quality and speed, with hybrid working and travel to depots as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal recruitment within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyse market trends, competitors and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement attraction solutions for volume hiring of Bus Drivers and Engineers.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and external networks to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
• Manage local recruitment campaigns and adverts, including Indeed campaigns and sponsorships.
• Analyse candidate experience and recruitment processes to improve quality and speed.
• Lead projects to optimise hiring processes and stakeholder upskilling.
