You’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice candidates first hear, the welcoming face they meet on the day, and the trusted point of contact guiding them through to induction and start date. By attending every Bus Driver Assessment Centre in person, you’ll ensure a consistently positive, professional candidate experience while driving strong attendance, smooth delivery and fully compliant onboarding.
