You'll also develop sourcing strategies, manage offer approvals, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process from job intake to offer management.
• Create job advertisements that attract top talent.
• Screen candidates and provide shortlists.
• Utilize recruitment systems and tools for data accuracy.
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidate communications.
• Collaborate with local HRBP on strategies.
