We’re looking for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional who’s eager to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a TA Specialist, you’ll lead the recruitment process, create compelling job advertisements, screen candidates, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. You’ll also develop sourcing strategies, manage offer approvals, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process from job intake to offer management.
- Create job advertisements that attract top talent.
- Screen candidates and provide shortlists.
- Utilize recruitment systems and tools for data accuracy.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidate communications.
- Collaborate with local HRBP on strategies.
