Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract, partnering with senior stakeholders across Head Office and Retail teams to hire top talent for our business.

You will lead high-volume campaigns, plan assessment centres and recruitment events for store openings, while ensuring policy compliance and delivering a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience across specialist, senior and high-volume roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a great candidate experience.
• Confidence using recruitment systems, LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
• Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and relevant employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from role briefing & selection through to offer & onboarding for UK & international stores and Head Office.
• Partner with Heads of Department and Retail Leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategies and coach hiring managers.
• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, planning and delivering assessment centres & recruitment events for new store openings.
• Keep pulse on talent trends, competitor activity & candidate availability via LinkedIn, job boards and direct sourcing.
• Ensure recruitment activity follows policy and legislation, including IR35 for freelancers.
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting to provide insight for the business.

At Monsoon Accessorize, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract basis, partnering with our senior stakeholders across our Head Office and Retail teams to find the very best talent for our business.

What will you do?

• Manage the recruitment process from role briefing & selection through to offer & onboarding, covering roles across our UK & international stores and Head Office.
• Partner with Heads of Department and Retail Leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategies and coach & influence hiring managers, to make great hiring decisions.
• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly during peak trading periods & for airport locations, including planning and delivering assessment centres & recruitment events for new store openings.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of talent trends, competitor activity & candidate availability, using LinkedIn, job boards and direct sourcing to find & engage great candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment activity follows company policy & relevant legislation, including IR35 requirements for freelancers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, turning recruitment activity into useful insight for the wider business.

What will you need to succeed?

• Previous recruitment experience across a variety of specialist, senior & high-volume roles.
