We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Talent Acquisition Specialist to help deliver our exciting and ambitious commercial plans for our future. We’re aiming to more than double the size of our food and beverage business by 2025 by investing in the development of our people, creating new food offers that appeal to our 26 million visitors each year and improving the environments we serve food in.
Our team is a busy, yet rewarding, people focused, close knit team, where flexibility is required and innovation is encouraged. As a lead on the end to end recruitment of all food & beverage roles for your region you’ll work closely with both internal clients and candidates on a daily basis. We may be a charity but our challenges are like many other organisations – planning, internal mobility, pipelining in scarce skill areas, managerial confidence and capability in selection.
Internally this role will be known as Resourcing Specialist.
You’ll partner the Head of Food & Beverage providing useful insight on trends that enables decision making across the discipline. You’ll provide specialist advice and support on all elements of the recruitment cycle of food & beverage roles across London & the South East.
You’ll manage your portfolio of clients and food & beverage vacancies from start to finish including sourcing, pre-qualifying candidates, attending interview/ assessment days, managing the on boarding process and monitoring the retention rates. You’ll be tasked with building the capability and confidence of our hiring managers to ensure they are making the right recruitment interventions at the right time. Working alongside the Resourcing Specialist for LSE you’ll understand how to leverage our employment brand, and develop innovative approaches, to attract talent in a creative and cost effective way.
