The Role: As our Talent Acquisition Specialist based in our London office, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting the exceptional talent that will propel Morningstar forward. You'll work closely with hiring managers and provide your expertise to bring in the best candidates to join us, ensuring that every new team member aligns with our mission and values.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Talent Journey: This is a ‘hands-on’ role, so you’ll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing to extending offers. You’ll ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Innovate Continuously: Be a driving force in continuous improvement projects on a regional and sometimes global basis. You’ll partner with TA colleagues globally, promote Morningstar as an employer of choice regionally, and establish best-in-class recruiting practices whilst striving to elevate our TA maturity model.
  • Collaborate with Purpose: Partner with hiring managers across our global teams to understand their needs and find talent that not only fits skill requirements but also resonates with our core values. You’ll build strong relationships with the teams that hire frequently in you region.
  • Mentor and Guide: This role has no direct reports, but you’ll be expected to provide leadership and support to Talent Acquisition colleagues in other regions, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone is empowered to succeed.
