Job summary

DO&CO in the United Kingdom is seeking a Recruiter - Fixed Term to lead end-to-end recruitment across our premium airline catering operation. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent, partnering with Hiring Managers to meet business needs and KPIs.

The role requires proactive talent pipeline development, excellent candidate experience, and strict adherence to company standards. On-site work with opportunities to grow within an internationally recognized luxury catering group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an in-house or agency Recruiter.
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of operational and support roles.
• Create and manage vacancies across job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through databases, social media, referrals, agencies, colleges, and other talent pools.
• Screen applications and conduct structured, competency-based interviews (telephone, video, face-to-face).
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding.
