XYZ Reality Ltd. in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own hiring across our technology teams, from software engineering to BIM/VDC and product. You will partner with leaders to shape hiring strategy and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

In this role you'll source globally, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, use data to improve performance, and provide market insights on salaries and trends. Hybrid working with easy access to Angel station.

Qualificações

• In-house recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring.
• Experience in engineering or deep tech environments.
• Proven success filling complex or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Experience sourcing globally beyond LinkedIn.
• Strong stakeholder skills: influence and partnership.
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub.

At XYZ Reality, we've created the world's first engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution for construction. Our technology, The Atom, is already transforming how major global projects are delivered.

As we continue to scale, we need a tech-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire the people making it all happen.

The Role

You'll own hiring across our technology teams, from Software Engineering and Computer Vision to Business Information Modelling (BIM)/Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Product.

This isn't just filling roles. You'll partner with leaders, shape hiring strategy, and build pipelines for some of the most exciting, hard-to-find talent in construction tech.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

This role requires in-depth, hands‑on experience recruiting within the technology sector, this is essential, not preferred.

• In‑house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring

• Experience in engineering or deep tech environments

• Proven success filling complex or hard‑to‑fill roles

• Experience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when needed

• Strong stakeholder skills. you can challenge, influence, and partner effectively

• Familiarity with tools like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub
